    Great place. Been here a few times now for birthday parties and have gotten a pretty good impression of the place each time. It's been clean, well staffed, and pretty well monitored. Maybe a little pricey? But they did just add new rock climbing style activities as well some that's a plus. I have to make the comment that sometimes accidents happen, sometimes there are overly aggressive kids or other parents for that matter, or it gets busy and some bumping happens. If you've some overprotective helicopter parent and keep your kid in a bubble, then YOU hover over them. That's not the staff's job or the fault of the management. So don't care them lower or complain about your overprotective parenting issues.

    In no way is this place cheap or easy on the pockets but man it's so much fun! Had my sons 9th birthday party here and the staff here couldn't have done a better job at the set up, accommodating our requests and cleaning up. The place is really clean despite it constantly being full of kids, bathrooms included. The equipment here is completely safe and fun. There's staff at every activity and they keep a super close eye on everything. The arcade area is cool and even has a air hockey table. The sign in waivers are quick and painless and after that it's all fun! Our two hours of party time flew by! We added an extra hour and the staff was super cool about it and even cut us a break. I would definitely be back again for my sons next party!

    This review is based to my 5 year old son's experience there this past weekend. It was our first visit and when we walked up to the front desk the two people helping customers were very nice and answered any questions we had. Even though it was a Saturday it wasn't too terribly packed so the kids were able to move freely with not a lot of wait time (although we were there later in the afternoon (2:30-3:30). There was one worker named Kayson who stood out from the rest. Kayson was working the climb area where kids can climb the rock walls or the pillars. Super nice, made sure the kids were safely in their harnesses and very personable with the kids. My son was a little apprehensive about doing the rock wall and had never went but a few feet off the ground, but with Kayson's support and encouragement my son went all the way to the top! The establishment was pretty clean. As clean as it can be when tons of people are running around. These places are always enjoyable to my son, but what makes it even more enjoyable is when staff is attentive, encouraging (when kids are a little apprehensive about climbing or jumping) and playful with the kids. My son had a lot of fun and we will definitely be back!
